Slightly sweet, spicy and tangy it was a marriage of flavors. I don’t remember all the ingredients but there was definitely apple in there and something yellow. I have made your fermented salsa and I LOVE it. Matt eats it through every time I make it, I’m due to make another batch this week now that my pickles are in the fridge.
