		<description><![CDATA[Thanks Eli!  If you want to make it thicker, just use less water (and less sweetener)  I think 2 cups of water instead of 3 will make it thicker.  The flax has a little thickening power as well.  I&#039;ve used it in coffee with no strange results.  Let me know how it goes!]]></description>
